This project is located at Shanghai. OFFICE+ is used as the theme of the project, which conforms to the people-oriented, smart and innovative working concept. The designers hoped to inspire workers by giving them a workspace with creativity and present a more interesting, efficient and environmental space.
Continue readingSituated in Xi'an, China, the project is a bookstore-themed commercial complex, which offers lifestyle aesthetic experience with multiple business forms via a culture + commerce design strategy. The 18 m-high and 240 m-long artistic book walls in it are striking and pioneering, bringing a brand-new image of urban commercial space to Xi’an and even China.The original building was a roughcast architecture had been idle for 3 years. The designers kept the advantage of the original void area, with a view to producing a strong experiential sense of space.

As a living space, the second floor is more concerned with the interpretation of comfort and convenience. The various staircase forms in the factory appear in each room after re-processing, which not only aggrandizement visual center, but also conveys modern factory information through multiple expressions of material and form.

Taking into account the fashion and the special experience for customers, designers thought space should meet the needs of a variety of functions, and show her vitality and unique soul. It needs a kind of power, just like the one of nature which is endless and full of vitality, melting glaciers, rejuvenating earth, and recovering everything.

With both the oriental elements and the modern, the architecture creates an artistic conception in space with art and culture, blending the nature and spirit into the truth of life.
Continue readingIn recent years, Enning Road has been renovated, and gradually developed into a famous street full of time-honored brands that focuses on the tourism industry, even claimed as "the beautiful old street in Guangzhou". Yongqing Fang islocated in Enning Road, the core area of old Guangzhou. As the Grand Theateris one of the landmarks of Yongqing Fang, the client expected to revitalizeit and make it serve as the investment promotion center of the whole renovation project. The project was finished in November in Guangzhou.
